Senior Software Engineer (Permanent) in Hamburg, Germany – FinTech

About Company

Our client is a FinTech company which specialises in dunning processes and invoicing, and they are backed by one of the biggest e-commerce platforms in Europe. They are now looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join their team in Hamburg, Germany.

You will be responsible to help scale the products and design their architectures. You will be working in an agile envrionement and you will be given a lot of autonomy.

Required skills and experience

  • At least 3 years of experience as a software engineer
  • Experience in Javascript (TypeScript / Node.js / React)
  • You write automated tests and and aim for clean code
  • You are a problem solver with a hands-on mindset
  • You are a strong team player
  • You are fluent in English (verbal and written)

Preferred skills and experience

  • You have experence with microservices
  • You have some knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
  • You have been exposed to / or are interested in Golang
