We’re working with some of Europe’s leading Data & Tech organisations to support their recruitment & business growth. We have a strong representation in The Netherlands but are looking for someone to expand our client base here even further, through utilising your recruitment skills and network. This role would allow you to essentially be your own boss & work as a 360 consultant to work on a highly specialised & niche vertical.
You’ll be working the full end to end of the recruitment process being an extension of your clients hiring processes. This means you will be identifying and approaching prospective clients to pitch your services via online campaigns, cold calling and through our already established network and also building pipelines of passive and active candidates.
You’ll get the opportunity to flex your business development, negotiation & sales skills speaking to candidates, prospective clients and business leaders each day looking to quickly establish quality business relationships.
