One of our French clients from the fin-tech (payments solution) sector is looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to join their team to take a lead over a team of talented engineers and help them grow through coaching and mentoring. 

About the Role

The role will focus on developing and enhancing a framework to improve tech culture, foster innovation and promote a collaborative and inspiring work environment. You will become a key player in the growth and scaling-up of the startup offering one of a kind payments solutions.

Must-have 

• Solid experience in leading, mentoring and developing engineering teams 
• Strong experience in software engineering 
• Dedication to working in the fast-paced, rapidly growing start-up environment 
• Strong communication skills and fluent English
• Independent, problem-solving mindset

Nice to have 

• Experience in the payments/fin-tech sector
• Experience in JS (Angular, Node), MongoDB, GCP
